A new BMW 5-Series is coming later this year, in October specifically. However, this won’t be a regular 5-Series launch because there are a couple of M-powered surprise additions coming!
The upcoming eight generation 5-Series sedan will make its debut at the end of this year, set to be most dynamic and comfortable 5 ever! It will also include BMW OS 8.5, BMW Curved Display, a suite of digital services and new for the 5-Series, a fully electric powertrain option! After the success of the BMW i4 M50, the 5 will also get an EV only model, tuned by BMW’s Motorsport division as well.
What’s even more exciting though is that this all electric i5 will be joined by a fully electric i5 Touring estate in 2024! The 5-Series is an icon of the car industry, having been around for more than 50 years and with upwards of 50 million being sold, expect this new generation to be hugely popular once again!
