Bugatti has been linked to the watch world for quite some time now with the French automobile manufacturer often putting its name on some rather unique creations! Now, there’s a new one. It’s called the Bugatti Carbone Limited Edition and it was made in partnership with VIITA Watches.
Bugatti have never been a company to maintain the status quo and in true fashion, their smartwatch introduces several firsts to the segment. It is the world’s first limited run smartwatch and the world’s first smartwatch to feature a housing made entirely out of carbon fibre! The lightweight material is milled from a single block and is finished in the French racing colour of blue.
Compared to Bugatti’s last smartwatch, the Ceramique Edition One, the Carbone offers 22% more battery life while being 13% lighter. Without the GPS service enabled, the battery can last up to 15 days! In the everyday always on mode, a figure of 3 days is more accurate. Only 2,500 pieces will be made and they are priced at 2,590 Euros each.
