Hopefully this is only the beginning of Alfa Romeo’s return to motorsport

An extension up to the end of 2023 was agreed when Sauber & Alfa Romeo convened in July, 2022. The team has had a spectacular first half of the campaign this year, currently sitting in 6th place on the constructors with Valtteri Bottas also in the top 10 individually.

The question for Alfa Romeo now is how to capitalize on the popularity stemming from their F1 team and how to continue competing in motorsport as part of the brand’s strategy.
