American truck brand RAM has confirmed the name of its first battery electric pickup truck. Called the RAM 1500 REV, the new truck represents a huge step towards the brand’s electrification goal. Better still, fans of the brand can expect to see the new truck on roads from as early as 2024!
In the development of this new truck, RAM listened to their customers and even though it is EV powered, the truck still delivers all the desirability of a traditional RAM truck. Features like range, payload, towing and charge time were all key delivery points in the development of the REV.
Production officially begins in 2024 with more information soon to be revealed along with official photos of the upcoming RAM 1500 REV.
