Come June, Bugatti will have a fresh heart for their vehicles. The 16 cylinder revolution which begun with the Veyron, is now in its latest iteration. This time, it will be a V16 hybrid powertrain rather than a W16 but the DNA is pure Bugatti!
Bugatti say they have developed this engine, “not just for the present, or even the future – but Pour l’eternite.” That means forever for those not so well versed in French. A statement that Ettore Bugatti would have been proud of, granted that his most famous saying is “if comparable, it is no longer a Bugatti.”
