Having been a supporter of FC Bayern Munich since 2002, Audi is no stranger to the world of sport! Now, the creators of quattro are expanding their involvement with the inclusion of the DAZN streaming app on the A5, Q5, A6 and Q6 e-tron. In doing so, the German manufacturer has also become the first automaker to partner with DAZN sports.
The app allows sports fans to watch tournaments like the UEFA Champions League, FIFA Club World Cup 2025, NFL, NBA and more! Media can be streamed through the central infotainment screen when the car is parked and then only on the passenger’s MMI display when in motion.
DAZN becomes another feather in the cap of Audi’s Application Store which now features a number of heavy hitters like Amazon Music, booking.com, Spotify, Yelp and YouTube too! Unlike the other though, the DAZN app has been altered to optimize an in-car experience, all thanks to the work of CARIAD, VW Group’s software arm! Sports fans can also go ahead and choose a team related background from the myAudi app world and the car’s ambient lighting will alter itself to reflect the selected colour scheme!
