Having been a participant in the FIA Formula E since 2015 with DS Automobiles and with Maserati since 2022, Stellantis Motorsport is looking to take its racing teams to the next level! As these are technology driven innovations, Stellantis have called upon tech giants Intel, specifically their automotive department.

DS Automobiles joined FIA Formula E in 2015

Intel Automotive specialized in “high-performance semiconductor solutions”. Intel’s partnership means that GEN3 versions of the DS E-Tense FE25 and Maserati Tipo Folgore will feature “next generation inverter control”. This is an important development and will allow DS’s teams to improve power delivery and power regeneration as well.

This new partnership signals Stellantis Motorsport’s ongoing drive to improve its EV technology on the track, using its racecars to power “future mobility solutions”.
