Bowers & Wilkins Write New Chapter With McLaren

Featuring an Anthracite Grey base colour with Papaya accents, the new special edition combines the two brands’ “luxury design, innovation and engineering excellence.”

B & W took charge of the acoustics while McLaren were responsible for design and engineering when it came to the new Px8 S2 McLaren Edition headphones. Taking a huge step forward in noise cancellation technology without compromising audio clarity, the headphones incorporate 40mm “Carbon Cone drive units” with an all new structure. Each driver is also angled towards the ears for a precise sound and “stereo definition.”

It’s not only in the Papaya flashes where McLaren’s identity is visible but also in the subtle Speedmark details that stand out on the headband and earcups. A Nappa leather headband completes the high quality pair of headphones which is already available to customers online through Bowers & Wilkins or in store at selected retailers, priced at $899 USD.
