The Nurburgring, normally known for being a fearsome racetrack where cars are pushed to their limits will play host to Germany’s largest rock music festival in June. ‘Rock am Ring‘ will be celebrating 40 years this year and more than 90,000 fans are expected to attend the festival between the 6th to 8th of June.
Opel are title sponsor for the event and will be showcasing their new Frontera, complete with a Thule Foothill roof tent! With space for up to seven, it serves as the perfect weekend getaway car as the Opel Lounge will be serving as an oasis for fans in between acts. A mobile phone charging station and soft drinks bar will invite concertgoers in to learn more about Opel’s new offering and its versatility!
The ‘Blitz’ logo will feature strongly on advertising around the festival and Opel have got seven sets of two tickets to give away, expect these to be hotly sought after as tickets are sold out for this year’s Rock am Ring.
