Widely heralded as one of the greatest racing drivers of all time, Jim Clark drove for Team Lotus and won the F1 World Championship and Indy 500 in 1965. His double victory is an unforgettable feat in the racing community, as was his racecar. The iconic green and yellow Lotus Type 38 has now inspired a special edition Emira V6.

In collaboration with the Jim Clark Trust, the Emira Clark Edition honours the iconic racing driver by emulating the colours of his famous racecar for one. Painted in ‘Clark Racing Green’ with a black roof, silver mirrors and a flared yellow racing stripe to match the Type 38. Yellow exhaust tips and a hand painted pinstripe complete the look.
The resemblance is much the same on the interior with the driver’s side upholstered in a combination of red leather and Alcantara while the passenger seat is in black leather and Alcantara. A retro wooden gear know and special plaque help add the finishing touches.

Featuring nods to Jim Clark’s personalised tartan, the details also include his signature on the dashboard and numbered carbon fibre treadplates. Only 60 examples will be made and each customer will receive a hand crafted leather holdall with Clark Edition insignia. This special edition Emira V6 is priced from 115,000 GBP in the UK and 140,000 Euros in Germany.
