Jeep New Zealand has expanded the Jeep Gladiator range by introducing the Sport Model, to further complement the Gladiator line up.
“We are excited to expand our Gladiator offering here in New Zealand,” said Sarah Williams, Jeep New Zealand’s Marketing Manager. “Since the global event in December 2019 and the local launch here in August, interest for the Jeep Gladiator has been high and with the addition of the lower price point Sport model, we expect to see this continue to increase.”
The Jeep Gladiator Sport’s features consist of an array of standard active safety equipment, including Forward Collision Warning Plus, Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop, Blind Spot Monitor and Rear Cross Path Detection.
Comfort and convenience features include a fourth-generation UConnect Touchscreen
with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic headlamps, push-button start, Driver Information Display Cluster and dual-zone climate control.
The 4×4 specifics of the Sport include heavy duty Dana front and rear axles, underbody skid plates and a wash-out interior with removable carpet and drain plugs. The Selectable Tyre Fill Alert (STFA) system, now features across the entire range.
Optional groups available on the Sport include: Heavy Duty Electrical Group – AUX Switches, 240 Amp Alternator, 700 Amp Alternator. Cargo Group with Trail Rail System, Roll-up Tonneau Cover, Spray-in Bedliner, Bluetooth Wireless Speaker, & Comfort & Convenience Group with Remote Start System & Hardtop Headliner.
