Bugatti has announced Bugatti Residences Miami, its first branded residential project in the United States, with sales due to open in 2027.
Bugatti is building homes again, and this time they’re in Miami. The French marque has announced Bugatti Residences Miami, a branded residential development on the Brickell waterfront. It is Bugatti’s first project of this kind in the United States.
What Bugatti hasn’t said matters as much as what it has. It gave no unit count, building height, pricing or completion date. For now, we know the location, the partners and a sales launch planned for 2027.

The Site and the Story So Far
According to Bugatti, the site is one of the few waterfront parcels left in Brickell. It sits on the Miami River, with direct access towards Biscayne Bay and the city’s financial district close by.
Miami follows Bugatti Residences by Binghatti in Dubai, which Bugatti calls a successful launch. With a second project confirmed, the property push looks like an ongoing programme rather than a one-off.
A Long List of Partners
Bugatti is lending its name and direction here rather than pouring concrete. Several specialist firms share the work:
- Prosper Group brings its knowledge of Miami’s high-end property market.
- Versluys Group adds more than a century of European development experience.
- Brandon Haw Architecture is designing the building.
- Yabu Pushelberg is handling the interiors.
Bugatti’s role is to guide the overall vision and keep the project true to its values. In short, it supplies the badge and controls how that badge is used.

Butlers Included
The most concrete detail is about daily life in the building. Bugatti has named Rhodium its exclusive global residential operating partner, so the deal reaches well beyond Miami.
Rhodium already manages other high-end branded developments, and the Monaco Royal Family is among its investors. In Miami, it will run the ownership experience, including white-glove butler service and a strong focus on privacy.
Versluys Group says the mix of development, design and hospitality-style management will set a new benchmark for branded living. Of course, that’s the developer grading its own homework, and nobody can check it until residents move in.
Why a Hypercar Brand Sells Homes
Bugatti presents the project as part of its “Art de Vivre” philosophy, drawing on the Art, Forme, Technique ethos behind its cars. The idea is that the brand’s precision and attention to detail can carry over into architecture, interiors and service.
That’s a bigger ask than it sounds. You can measure precision in a hyper sports car. In an apartment, it’s much harder to define. A Bugatti statement calls Miami a global centre for wealth migration and business, which explains the choice of city clearly enough.
The marque has come a long way from its founding in Molsheim in 1909. When sales open in 2027, buyers should finally get the numbers that the announcement left out, starting with the price.
