Honda has announced a new collaboration with Onitsuka Tiger. The two Japanese icons aim to “bring together motorcycles and fashion”, working together in such a way that it “transcends industry boundaries.” The Onitsuka Tiger Honda Mid Sports Concept motorbike debuted at part of the Onitsuka Tiger show during this year’s Milan Fashion Week.

Both brands can trace their history back a long way, Onitsuka Tiger to 1949 and Honda to 1948. In the 75+ years that have since passed, both companies have delivered the best of Japan to their customers around the globe, new and old! This collaboration was bound to happen then and represents a natural synergy with both brands not only sharing their Japanese roots but also a mission of “manufacturing excellence.”

The motorbike pictured previously is the first collaborative product between the two brands and it dons Onitsuka Tiger’s iconic ‘Tiger Yellow’ with black stripes added to complete the look. On the other hand, Onitsuka Tiger took Honda onstage at the Milan Fashion Week, debuting a collection that takes inspiration from motorbike culture as well as inviting newcomers into motorcycle culture.
