When it comes to vehicle safety, Skoda have a fine record with every new car since 2008 receiving 5-stars from Euro NCAP! Now, their latest SUV, the Elroq has become part of this exclusive club. Elroq received a maximum score of 5-stars during its recent tests at Euro NCAP. Enyaq and Octavia also retained scores of full marks during the same round of tests.

Breaking it down into its individual categories, Elroq notched a 90% in the ‘Adult Occupation Protection’ category, where 80% is the requirement for 5-stars. Similarly, Elroq scored 87% for ‘Child Occupant Protection’. It also scored 77% in the ‘Vulnerable Road User Protection’ category and 78% in the ‘Safety Assist’ category respectively. With strong showings across the board, it received a well deserved overall full score.

Euro NCAP’s requirements were made even more stringent earlier this year and despite that, the Octavia received a 5-star rating, the same score it notched in 2019 and in 2022, Enyaq also achieved the same feat, equaling its 2021 scorecard.
