Fiat‘s performance arm, Abarth will officially reveal a Fiat 500e inspired hot hatch later this month. It will be Abarth’s first new model for almost six years! The new Abarth will also signal the start of the performance brand’s transition to fully electric.
Brand boss, Olivier Francois has described the upcoming model as “fantastic” and has acknowledged the key role that the Abarth enthusiasts played in the development of this car. Fiat’s existing 500e has a 0-100 time of 9 seconds and a top speed of 150kph with a range of 320km. Expect the Abarth to be faster to 100 and have an increased top speed!
