Formerly called ‘Peugeot Allure Care’, the French marque have rebranded their coverage to ‘Peugeot Care Warranty’ and extended its reach in the process! The new warranty builds on the previous offering with coverage for the whole Peugeot passenger car line up. This includes the E-Rifter and E-Traveller.

A total of 9 models are now covered by this “exceptional 8-year/160,000km” warranty, the purpose of which is to encourage prospective customers to take up their electric mobility offerings. The new service has already begun as of 1st May and automatically extends for 2 years or 25,000kms after each service carried out within the Peugeot network.
Early last year, Peugeot became the first European manufacturer to introduce such coverage, 8-years/160,000kms on its pure electric vehicles. The motivation was two fold with the French brand looking to improve the market’s confidence in its quality and reliability as well as charging up the transition to electric mobility. In a survey, 80% of the brand’s customers have said that this has quashed their fears when it comes to EV ownership.
Peugeot are going one step further in Europe too with the ‘Peugeot Electric Promise’ offering customers a ‘Wall Box’ for charging at home as well as a ‘Free2Move’ pass to access nearly one million charging points across the European continent.
