New Zealand is about to welcome the rugged and reliable JAC T9 — the top-of-the-line ute that’s ready to take on the toughest Kiwi terrains!

With its pronunciation as “Jack,” this no-nonsense vehicle has been making waves in preparation for its upcoming launch. “We’ve been putting the JAC T9 through its paces across various New Zealand landscapes for months, including snow, mud, sand, and river crossings,” says JAC General Manager, Andrew Craw. “We even threw in the classic challenge for any new vehicle in NZ – a long road trip with Kiwi kids in the back! And the results? Outstanding! We’ve worked closely with the factory to ensure this model meets the demands of Kiwis, so we are genuinely excited about the launch.”

The JAC T9 Ute comes with a 5-Star ANCAP Safety Rating, providing peace of mind with a full suite of safety features. Built for tough conditions, it has already proven itself in South Africa and Australia, with over 300,000 units sold and a strong track record.

The JAC team in New Zealand is also expanding its dealer network to ensure robust support for Kiwis. “Our goal has always been to provide comprehensive support nationwide. With nine new full dealerships from the Colonial Motor Company (CMC) network, we’re making strides to serve our customers better,” Andrew explains.

The new dealerships will be located in New Plymouth, Pukekohe, Masterton, Lower Hutt, Kapiti, Timaru, Dunedin, Invercargill, and Queenstown, complementing the existing locations in Manukau and Christchurch.

Stay tuned for more updates on the JAC T9 Ute — designed and refined for New Zealanders, ready to tackle every adventure.
