CUPRA used the Paris Motor Show to launch a CUSTOM CUPRA by ABT pack for its Raval electric hatch, unveil its GEN4 Formula E car and expand its Sennheiser audio tie-up.
How do you follow a launch that doubled its own forecasts? CUPRA’s answer in Paris is to make the Raval look faster. The brand’s urban EV now gets the CUSTOM CUPRA by ABT pack, and it shares the stand with a new Formula E car and a fresh driver line-up.

The Raval Gets the ABT Treatment
The pack has already appeared on the Leon and Formentor. On the Raval, CUPRA says it borrows cues from the UrbanRebel concept. It adds front and rear splitters, side skirts, a prominent roof spoiler and winglets. There are also 19-inch Sport Black Matt alloys, ABT lettering, Dark Chrome CUPRA logos and bespoke interior details.
No performance changes are mentioned, so this is a visual package rather than a tune. Even so, it is a lot of aero for a city car (the winglets alone will start conversations in the supermarket car park).
The pack arrives in the configurator for selected Raval variants from the end of November 2026. When it is ordered with a new car, the parts are handcrafted at the CUPRA Racing Factory before fitting. Existing owners can also have it added later by authorised dealer specialists.
Why the Raval Matters to CUPRA
The Raval comes out of Martorell, where SEAT & CUPRA has invested more than €3 billion to build electric cars. The plant now leads the Volkswagen Group’s Electric Urban Car Family, four EVs from CUPRA, Volkswagen and Škoda.
The numbers so far are strong. CUPRA reports more than 50,000 Raval orders since April, more than double its initial forecasts. Almost 15,000 cars have been delivered. Sales chief Sven Schuwirth says the brand is aiming for 100,000 units next year, which would make the Raval its best-selling model.
Across the brand, deliveries passed 250,000 between January and September, up 2%. Electric demand is climbing much faster. BEV orders rose 79% to more than 108,000, and nearly half of all third-quarter orders were fully electric.
More updates arrive early next year. These include an illuminated logo, indicators that project onto the ground and a top speed of up to 190km/h. A reversing assist will also retrace up to 50 metres of the car’s previous forward path.

A New Era for CUPRA KIRO in Formula E
CUPRA also unveiled its Porsche-powered car for the 2026/27 season, the first of Formula E’s GEN4 era. The new generation tops 335km/h, reaches 100km/h in under two seconds and runs permanent all-wheel drive. The livery keeps the team’s copper colours.
British driver Jake Hughes joins the team, bringing two podiums and four pole positions. Pepe Martí stays on for a second season after finishing as last year’s highest-placed rookie, with podiums in Monaco and Sanya.
Sound and a Glimpse Ahead
The Tavascan Black Edition shows off the new SENNHEISER AMBEO Immersive Sound System. Four roofline actuators add a height layer for 360-degree sound. The updated Formentor and Terramar will get the same system, while the Leon and Leon Sportstourer offer IMMERSIVE BY SENNHEISER.
Finally, the Tindaya showcar sets out CUPRA’s future thinking under the motto “No Drivers, No CUPRA”. It is a concept, and the brand has not confirmed production. Taken together, the stand shows CUPRA leaning on the Raval as its main product while racing and audio do the brand-building.
Everything is on display in Pavilion 4 from 12 to 18 October.
