Mercedes-Benz New Zealand is launching ten facelift models of the GLE SUV, GLE Coupé and
GLS.
GLE SUV & Coupé – The changes in the model update mainly concern the design of the exterior and interior, the infotainment system, drive systems and equipment logic. Regarding the exterior, the front
and rear design of the GLE SUV and Coupe have been updated for an even more striking and modern appearance. The multimedia system and multifunction steering wheel are each upgraded to the latest generation of MBUX.

The 300d and 450d have received an updated powertrain with a 48V mild hybrid system producing additional power and efficiency. The introduction of “Plus” packages make the range of optional extras clearer and simpler in structure.

GLS – The changes in the model update mainly revolve around the design of the exterior and interior,
as well as updates to the infotainment system, drive systems and equipment logic. The prominent radiator grille with 4 louvres is derived from the G-Class. The GLS comes with additional individualisation options, including new paint finishes in Sodalite Blue metallic and non-metallic MANUFAKTUR Alpine Grey, as well as new wheel designs for the GLS 63 4MATIC+ and GLS 600 4MATIC. The MBUX multimedia system and the multifunction steering wheel have each been upgraded to the latest generation. Two new upholstery colours are available: Catalana Beige and Bahia Brown. Furthermore, the 450d has replaced the 400d and received an updated powertrain with a 48V mild hybrid system producing additional power and efficiency.
