DS Automobiles will return for Season 12 of Formula E and their charge for another title has already begun with the unveiling of the new DS E Tense FE25 electric racecar. The French brand has been a longstanding participant in the racing series, wearing its famous black and gold colours throughout the 11 seasons that it has participated in thus far.

Maximilian Gunther and Taylor Bernard will get behind the wheel for DS as testing begins later this week in Valencia. This year’s car features a new halo, mirrors as well as alterations to both the front and rear wings. The livery is refreshed as well, denoting the French luxury marque’s collaboration with Team Penske Motorsport.
DS Automobiles of course are no strangers to the Formula E podium, having notched 55 of these thus far along with 18 wins and 26 poles from their 137 races. The brand have won two double titles (constructor & driver) during their 11 seasons of participation thus far. Season 12 of Formula E will begin on December 6th with the first round in Sao Paulo kicking off a total of 17 rounds.
