Mark your calendars and prepare for sensory overload, because the Starship Supercar Show is back for 2024, and it’s shaping up to be the biggest and most breathtaking edition yet. This isn’t just a car show; it’s a multi-level automotive nirvana. Held across the stunning five-level Giltrap Group headquarters in Grey Lynn, Auckland, the show will feature a jaw-dropping display of more than 100 vehicles. The curated collection ranges from genuine Formula One racers and ultra-rare hypercars to timeless classic supercars, promising an unforgettable experience for attendees across the eight sessions planned for the weekend.

The best part? Every single cent raised from ticket sales goes directly to the Starship Foundation, New Zealand’s national children’s hospital. Since 2021, the event has raised an incredible $400,000, funding crucial treatments, cutting-edge research, and medical innovation for sick and injured children across the country.

“Every ticket sold to the Starship Supercar Show helps drive forward life-changing care for sick and injured children across New Zealand,” says Starship Foundation CEO, Jo Simon. “We are truly grateful for the generosity and heart behind this show — it fuels real progress for our children, their whānau, and the future of paediatric healthcare.”

The passion for the cause is shared by the event’s hosts. “The Starship Supercar Show is a highlight for our team at Giltrap Group,” says Michael Giltrap, Joint Managing Director. “Not only do we get to share our love of cars, but we are supporting Starship and the incredible work they do to care for Kiwi kids.”

To ensure the event remains a family affair, ticket prices are held at $25 (the same as 2023), with children four and under admitted free of charge. The show is timed perfectly for the first weekend of the school holidays, making it an ideal outing for families and enthusiasts from all over New Zealand.
