Following the launch of the Alpine A290 which is this year’s European Car of the Year by the way, the A390 will be the next vehicle to be unveiled from the Alpine Dream Garage. The date is set for the 27th of May 2025 with the first teaser image being released just this week!
The event will take place in Dieppe, France which also serves as the city where these cars will be made. This occasion helps begin celebrations for Alpine’s 70th anniversary with festivities set to take place between 30th of May to 1st of June this year.
While A290 was Alpine’s first ever electric vehicle and hot hatchback, A390 will be an “electric sport fastback”, once again the brand’s first vehicle in that category. Taking inspiration from the A110, the French brand say that this is effectively a five seater version of the sportscar. The combination of which means A390 will carry electric DNA but it also “reinvests sportiness”!
