Durango SRT 392 AlcHEMI is a tribute to Dodge’s performance history while making no compromise on luxury and technology for its occupants. The 2024 model car is a final hurrah for the brand’s HEMI V8 and features several cosmetic as well as performance upgrades.
On the outside, yellow Brembo SRT brakes and 392 decals give away the model’s significance. 20 inch Satin Black Forged SRT wheels and honeycomb stripes further add to its unique look. The story is the same on the interior too where six black leather seats are highlights in yellow and silver stitching.
There’s forged carbon fibre on the inside too, with yellow and silver highlights running through the cabin.
Durango SRT 392 AlcHEMI is powered by Dodge’s 6.4L SRT V8, producing 475hp in this particular vehicle a a mammoth torque figure of 637Nm. All this means the six-seater Durango can go from 0-100 in 4.4 seconds, it’ll keep going to a limited top speed of 250kph as well.
An intelligent all-wheel drive system sees the power applied to the road for maximum performance.
Only 1,000 unites are being made with the AlcHEMI available in Diamond Black (pictured), Destroyer Gray, Vapor Gray and White Knuckle.
This is the end of the road for the SRT V8 as we bid a tearful goodbye to yet another V8 engine.
