Fiat Releases New Scudo and Ulysse Vans

It’s been a while since Fiat last produced an MPV or a commercial vehicle but they are back in the game! The new Scudo & Ulysse then have revived iconic names from the brand’s history, with the Scudo stopping production in 2016 and the Ulysse in 2002. The two new models will be manufactured at Stellantis‘ Hordain plant in northern France.

Both models will initially be powered by internal combustion engines with fully electric options available later on. The Scudo will be available in three variants- van, combi and cab. While the Ulysse can be configured with anything from 6 to 9 seats.

The two new Fiat models share a platform with Peugeot‘s Expert & Traveller, Citroen‘s Jumpy & SpaceTourer and Opel‘s Vivaro Life & Zafira. It’s clear to see that Stellantis want to improve on their already strong position in the European commercial market.
